Complete, sign, and return an Absentee Ballot (“AB”) Request Form to/from the Town Clerk’s Office. You can obtain an AB Request form in any of the following ways:

• Download and print the proper form that is linked above
• Call or email the Town Clerk's Office and request one to be mailed
• Pick up a form from the Town Clerk's Office
